I’m Charles Dame! My journey began in the United States Marine Corps, where I learned the values of honor, discipline, and leadership. That sense of duty led me to dedicate my life to supporting Veterans, First Responders, and Healthcare Heroes through WeDoGood an organization committed to uplifting those who dedicate their lives to helping others.

I have built a career at the intersection of technology, service, and training. From my experience, as a U.S. Government Contractor training tens of thousands of military personnel and contractors in chemical, biological, radiological, and explosive defense, to my passion for AI innovation,
my mission is simple:
to make life better for those who serve and to create meaningful change
through leadership, education, and technology.

1- Mental Health Advocate
Recognizing the critical need for mental health support, I've been involved in initiatives to raise awareness and provide resources to individuals and families facing mental health challenges. My goal is to break down the stigma surrounding mental health and promote a culture of empathy and support.
2-Fundraising Champion
Fundraising isn’t just about raising money it’s about creating opportunities and changing lives. Through WeDoGood, I’ve worked tirelessly to generate funding for Veterans, First Responders, and their families, ensuring they receive the support they need.
3- AI Innovator & Enthusiast
I’ve been passionate about artificial intelligence since 2004, earning certifications and exploring its potential to transform industries and improve lives. Now, through WeDoAI, I focus on using AI to enhance human connections and create positive social impact.
4-Military & Government Training Expert
As a U.S. Government Contractor, I owned and operated a company that specialized in training tens of thousands of military personnel and contractors deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan. I provided expertise in chemical, biological, radiological, and explosive defense, equipping them with life-saving skills to stay protected in dangerous environments.

EDUCATION:
My academic journey has included earning my degree from IRSC in Information Management and Cyber Security and obtaining a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from FAU. I'm a firm believer in the power of education to drive personal and societal growth.
